Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does chiropractic care hurt?
Chiropractic adjustments are generally painless. Most patients experience relief after their sessions. In some cases, mild soreness—similar to post-exercise discomfort—may occur as your body adjusts. Our techniques are gentle, and we tailor care to your comfort level.

2. How long will my first visit take?
Your initial appointment typically lasts 45 minutes depending on complexity. We allow time for a thorough consultation, examination, and, if appropriate, your first adjustment. Follow-up visits are shorter, averaging 10-15 minutes.

3. How many visits will I need?
The number of visits varies based on your condition, health goals, and how your body responds to care. After your initial evaluation, we’ll make recommendations of a personalized care plan outlining the advised frequency and duration of treatment.

4. Is chiropractic care safe?
Yes! Chiropractic care is a safe, non-invasive, and drug-free approach to managing pain and improving overall wellness. Our chiropractor is highly trained and experienced in delivering precise and effective adjustments.

5. Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans and can help you understand your coverage. If you’re unsure about your benefits, contact us or your insurance company. We also take auto insurance and worker's comp.

6. Can I receive chiropractic care if I’m pregnant?
Absolutely! Chiropractic care during pregnancy can help relieve back pain, improve pelvic alignment, and support a more comfortable pregnancy. We use specialized techniques to ensure safety and comfort for expectant mothers.

7. Will I need X-rays?
X-rays are not always required. If we believe imaging is necessary to better understand your condition or ensure safe treatment, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.

8. What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement.

9. Can I bring my child for chiropractic care?
